Adam Tilley
Managing Director
Adam established HPF in 1990. In leading the team at HPF Adam shares his vast knowledge of all facets of the finance industry. A key strength is developing structured financial solutions to complex funding needs. As an experienced property developer and business owner having owned and completed numerous projects Adam remains focused on commercial and corporate deals.

Andrew Kingston
Head of Property Finance
Since joining HPF in 2005 Andrew has focused on managing and structuring our Construction and Commercial finance business. Managing transactions in the $2-100M range, Andrew and his team successfully structure property and construction deals in the commercial and corporate arena. Previously, Andrew had over 15 years of financial services experiences, including the Foreign exchange market, marketing/advertising for major banks and working as a private client adviser for 2 large stock broking firms.

Jason Soulos
General Manager Finance & Operations
Jason brings a wealth of knowledge obtained after 25 years in retail, business, commercial, corporate and institutional banking at 5 of Australia’s leading Banks. Jason oversees group operations and focuses heavily in structured finance solutions to our larger construction and complex transaction clients requiring multi layered financial instruments.
